Anxiety Fidget Ring

Anxiety rings -An anxiety ring is a soothing alternative to an anxious habit of nail biting, finger picking, fidgeting etc as it can keep your restless fingers occupied by spinning the tiny balls around the ring while wearing it on your finger, and it looks just like an everyday accessory so no one needs to know!

These rings are not a magical cure, but they can help to ground you and help you be more present by giving you a positive association of spinning the ring and relaxing. I wear mine everyday and have found it has helped me to stop biting my nails and picking my cuticles when I’m feeling overly anxious.
